No, can be use for SBPE, CMSF, ...... just need the background map, you can use googleearth images for exemple.

But do you have to create everything on your own or can it somehow import the AAR's from SBP or what ever ?

no you have to do everything by ourself but the soft is simple to use.

there is all the NATO symbols even for naval unit.
