Default WAC 5 problem

Hi, Trying to get WAC 5 set up but after loading all the way it crashes instead of running, remove WAC 5 and SH3 works fine. Conclusion, something in WAC 5 is causing the problem but does anyone know what? I have used the WAC 5.1 Patch but no go.
Sure would appreciate a little help as I really don't want to go through WAC file by file.R.R.

Hi ridgewayranger,
you would need to be more specific about the crash for anyone to help you, just saying it crashes is not enough...
Be aware that WAC requires a fast processor and at least 4GB RAM, 8GB is better, also you need to apply the 4GB patch, the mod doesn't do it automatically.
But despite of all this, the game takes several minutes to load and you will see a black screen which is normal, so maybe just try again loading without touching anything until you are in the 3D world.

Cheers,

Default WAC 5 Problem

Thanks XenonSurf, That did the trick. 4GB mod was not installed. I tried to do it with ModEnabler, but, as the saying goes, 'it don't work like that!' It will ease my way through other Supermods I've had trouble with. I'm a comparative newcomer to 64 bit.
Thanks again, R.R.

Nice that you have sorted it out
This 4GB patch is also required (or highly recommended) with other big mods like GWX etc.
