Is there a manual somewhere?

I decided to take a look at the Mission Editor for the very first time. Needless to say, it seems quite complex for a newby like me.

So, I tried to find a manual somewhere on the DVD or in the SH4 installed folders instead of asking stupid questions after stupid questions in this forum. Didn't find any. I hope Ubi did provide for a manual for the Mission Editor. Can someone head me to it?

It should help you to get started as the sh4 editor works in the same way.

The only major thing different that is not explained in the tutorial is how to alter the mission name and how to add the description.

You can access these by clicking the Mission->Language Localization (of all places).

that link everyone posts is about useless since it only has one page and when you go to click on page two theres nothing there... you just have to dive in and start experimenting.. someday someone will take the time to make a manual.

I have made the guide at that link into pdf document for easy printing, I am currently awaiting permission from the author Red Devil to allow it to be publically available for download. I have even made an updated version for SH4 too so watch this space as they say.

I am releasing the Quick mission tutorials for Sh3 and SH4 that I made based on Red devils original online Tutorial, both file are in pdf format.

Both files are currently passworded so you will need a password to open them as i need a couple of willing volunteers to test them for me so if you want to try them pm me for the password for both files.

Once both files have been tested and are ok I will release them publicly.
