I fear for those who are making the effort to getting back to work and the sick along with pensioners. This woman is nasty and that is putting it in a way Bossmark would say is too nice for her.

I was not aware we had one, the whole lot in opposition are unfit and so is the one that is pretending to be the government. You may as well put a brick wall in charge, at lease we can bulldoze that down after five years if it failed.

I can not comment on the here and now, around 2012 I had to call the helpline which was not free and I could be waiting on the phone more than 45 minutes! It sounds to me there is not enough operators/advisor's at the other end then and now.
