Default Biggin Hill Air Show

The GF and I are watching the show tomorrow. I'll see if I can capture some decent video footage on my iPhone (not likely, but worth a try) and post it here in case anyone is interested. Apparently they'll be flying (among other things) Spitfires!

Awesome, I did Biggin Hill back in the early 1990s, well worth it. Have a great day, and I hope the weather holds out for you.
Had two warbirds go over earlier, couldn't get a decent look at them but I think they might have been Mustangs, one had D-day stripes so it was probably the two that were at Bentwaters the other week, they might well have been bound for Biggin.

really wish I could be there to see that, if you could get some video be it high quality or not, I'd love to see it!

It was awesome. They had all sorts of stuff but for me the highlight was the BOB 70th anniversary show. I've always wanted to see Spitfires being flown, and today I saw them with Hurricanes, Bf-109s, and another German fighter I didn't recognise . They all looked and sounded amazing. Even the Hurricanes.

I managed to capture part of the show on my phone and it turned out not too bad I suppose (for a Qik Video recorded on a 2nd gen iPhone). I did a quick edit and uploaded it to YouTube. If nothing else you should enjoy the sound!

I believe they often pair the 109s with 108s in those shows as there aren't enough flyable 109s left. Though the 108 is no fighter.

Yeah, that looks like it.
