Support request:more enemyes in the water

Hi guys and thanks to everyone who will read this:
I have started playing in cold waters a week ago and I ended all the campaigns available ( and the 2004 mod campaign).

I was wondering, there is a way to have on average more enemy ship for every battle? because as far as I encountered and seen from JT videos I have seen only 9 boats/subs at once, and I would like to make it more challenging, especially because I have seen from the mission builder that the limit is 15.
Also encountering any capital ship more often would be a nice touch ( even if I had played more than 100 missions I haven't encountered yet half of the capital ships).

How can I mod it/has someone already done it ?

thanks

p.s. i have seen in the post "A way of sharing files for multiple mods working together?" that the op did manage to do it

you have to go to the individual missions and increase the number of possible ships

go from 1-2 to say 2-4 and you quickly will be fighting fleets

I think you would also need to add their coordinates and direction.
