Is there a version of Fall of The Rising Sun or TMO, RFB, etc for 1.4 also can any of these be used with JSEMG?

1. Just go and buy the 1.5 download from amazon, it should be < $10

2. Yes, those mods you listed are JSGME ready.

Here is an older version of RFB for v1.4 of SH:

But to be honest, you'd be better off in the long run to get v1.5.
