And quite helpfull too. After reading these abit, I took my P51 up into the air and scored my first ace kill with it (Never known how to fly the thing in tight cornering fights until now).

Combat flaps is the key. Even the slightest hard turn needs combat flaps. I used to always spin my plane on turns, but with flaps on, nooo problem. Atm, playing ACE/ACE difficulty campaign on a P51, 5 sorties flown with 12 kills, IIRC 4 of them were 262's. And of course, speed is very important when flying P51, it rolls like a flying cow in slow speeds, but when the speeds are up it can roll VERY fast.

Next time we fly we shuold practice some combat moves maybe DACT type thing where with invulnerability but limited ammo so you can shoot your opponent but not be killed, record the track and watch it later for analysis.

I wonder if anyone has made a tool that could capture the flight data from a mission and then show it in a 3d box environment gods eye view thing so you could see what each plane is doing?

This' something I've been wanting for a looooong time. And not just attacks but everything you can think of. Formations, pair take offs, combat tactics with wingman (e.g. 'drag&bag' would be very useful to master in our fights) etc. etc.

Nope, not that I know of.
