FSX Service Pack 1

SP1 is the long awaited and somewhat delayed (it was supposed to be out in early April) mega patch for FSX, with all sorts of guarantees about improved performance and so on and so forth. I can't try it out because my computer went the wrong way up a few weeks ago and i'm still waiting on its much more capable replacement, but i'm wondering if anyone else has had a chance, is it as good as they say it is? If it is, it just might be enough for those of you (like me) who shelved it because of horrible frame rates months ago.
