^ just ask when the time comes. You'll need some alignment tools though, at least you need those for the V6

As it is stated in the Haynes Citroen manual: 'Any major work on these engines is not for the faint-hearted!'

Icon9 All shook up

I had just turned in at 01:30 AM this morning when at 01:55 a 3.8 quake rattled my oft rattled abode! The epicenter was approx. two blocks to the NE of my house just about where the 2000 quake occurred that destroyed my chimney( 5.8 ) No damage from today's seismic event... but there are always aftershocks Between the 2015 Napa great fires and quakes at age 67, philosphically, a home is simply as good as it lasts-I $tood my wife and clan to a local Mexican dinner out to properly celebrate our unscathed condition...for the moment!!

^ I'm happy to hear that you escaped any damage from the earthquake to your home and that everyone is doing alright.

Never experienced anything approaching that thankfully.

Great to know you are all safe and well but I'd be thinking about moving somewhere safer if at all possible.

Where to Jim? Scotland is ground zero for a nuclear attack, Northern Ireland doesn't want you, Norway is full of ice and snow.

I like Reece's house ... But it is a little too far to go.

Good luck ... Would you consider a farm?

I'd consider going to live with Neal on his ranch

indeed the rain may be the key; heavy rains which we've experienced lately are thought to alter the water table...especially in the alluvial Napa River basin which drains into San Francisco Bay and may have an effect groundwaterwise on various Napa fault lines not all of which are known...untill they happen; such as the west Napa fault, two blocks to the west

Indeed having grown up, driven eighteenwheelers and attended a Norwegian Lutheran college in the frigid wasteland of boondocks Minnesota...no more polar vortex (-40 F)for poor old me; moreover in a 02:00AM quake in bed with my spouse I can at least note in my memoirs...''and the earth shook'' with apologies to Hemingway of course

@Aktungbby

I thought you were moving to Costa Rica?

Republic of Costa Rica (Spanish: República de Costa Rica), is a country in Central America, bordered by Nicaragua to the north, the Caribbean Sea to the northeast, Panama to the southeast, the Pacific Ocean to the southwest, and Ecuador to the south of Cocos Island. It has a population of around 5 million

too damn hot!...and humid. Uruguay looks good though; it's all about dependable banks for expatriate gringos!!BBY...although I could open an safe account on the Isle of Geurnsey ( in the English Channel)I suppose inasmuch as Latino nations have an occasional tendency to suddenly 'nationalize' financial institutions...a very bad thing for gringos...j

Venting my anger at the incompetence of whoever updates this program we work with to do our jobs. Then ofcourse the main office decision to make changes that are half arsed applied and in no way suitable for us to continue to do our jobs.

I just came back from a 2 week holiday and after this morning I feel like I need another 2 weeks
