walking around the sub

I know there is a special key command that lets you walk around the sub freely more like a float cane someone please tell me the key?

Stock does not do that. Do you have any mods installed, such as Fall of the Rising Sun Ultimate (FotRSU), or Bleiente's RealModSoup, or Trigger Maru, Overhauled (TMO)? These and other mods like them that allow for walking around a portion of the sub (the whole interior has not been modeled), all do so by clicking on the background with the left mouse button, and then using either the mouse or the arrow keys to go up, down, forward and backward. You do have to be careful what is in the background though, because you might accidentally blow the ballast tanks, or cause a crash dive if you click near the wrong thing...

ok I also wanted to do the same thing in sh3 with grey wolves
and yes I have fall of the rising son and tmo

the walk codes would be helpful for both.

<Shift><F2> used to be the Grey Wolves keys, and TMO (Ducimus) copied a lot of SH3 things, including his keyboard layout. You could try that, but if clicking on the screen doesn't take you to walk-around in TMO, I'm not sure a key combo would work either... You could look in Game / Data / Cfg / Commands.cfg for keycodes, or use the ReadMe for notes on the interior, if they mention it...
