Well, Congratulations on the Kickstarter, day one and already 5 times the money! I backed this, however I don't think I'll ever play it as I don't really play board games anymore. How does the SOLO option work ? Anyway just wanted to support this!

One quick question though, the Map and the captains log sheets etc, will these be available on PDF or something so we can reprint them? If not it might be be an idea to supply some clear sheet users can put over top to write on/wipe off.

Looking forward to getting the game, as well as the PC version of this which I backed nearly 2 years ago!

Woot! - Again Congratulations!

For the Solo-Mode you can watch this video:

I guess it would be polished till release cause it looks very stressful for one person.

The charts and stuff will be available as pdf download, they said in the kickstarter comment section.

Thank you very much for your support, guys! We are really doing this game for submarine enthusiats

Do you think there is any other way we could spread the word around here? It seems to me that there could be a lot of peopl interested in the game here, but they don't even know about its existence

Maybe you could ask Admins for getting a ad-banner on the top left? As now "Wolfpack" has.

Came back to subsim after pledging for the board game recently to find this thread (Pledged as John Greaney).
Looking forward to the day this arrives on my doorstep, use of the app for the first officer to connect the board game to the AI components is a brilliant crossover from a simulation point.

Can't wait for the App to develop further with weather, TDC, sextant functionally etc.

I did the same thing reaper7. This game looks incredible and I hope it is wildly successful!

The Ad banner is a great idea. How about it Artur?

Do you like it? I think it's a pity our publisher didn't choose anything showing the app :/ It definitely has more familiarity for subsim enthusiasts than a bunch of physical bits, but maybe I'm wrong? After all, I'm no marketing expert

I do like it. I like that the attack disk and navigation chart is shown. I do like seeing the sub as well. I think it’s a good choice, the app is great but still a prototype. The current state graphics might not impress Subsim regulars. (The graphics will of course be excellent once complete).

I’m no marketing expert either

Edit: oh I see the companion app isn’t mentioned at all. That is an unfortunate omission.

Only a few days left!

Solo gameplay video:

Less than two days to go in the Kickstarter campaign.

Looks amazing!

The final version will have real time 1:1 as the lowest time compression setting. Correct Artur? As well as a pause button.

Great job guys. Was a very well done campaign with a great communication to your fans. Looking forward to the final and hopefully well polished product. Take your time, subsimmers are patient.
Btw, do you have a german publisher yet or will you translate the game by your own/ with the community?

Hi there!

Thank you, we are very happy with how the capmaign went As for a German publisher, then talks are still being held, but even if nobody is interested in publishing it in Germany (which I highly doubt), then Phalanx intends to publish a German edition regardless
