Default Can we choose which torpedo to load

hello,
i have searched this forum for an answer and found many references of torpedos but not this particular issue so please forgive me if i missed a previous post.

is there a way to load a specific torpedo while on patrol?
here is the scenario: you are commanding a german u-boat and have both Type3 and Type5 torpedos on board. You come upon a solo merchie and only need a Type3 to take him out but all of your torpedo tubes are loaded with Type5's. can we unload and reload a specific torpedo?
another scenario is where you are attacking a convoy and are firing T3's at merchies and then spot a DD coming towards you and you want/need to load a T5 for her...how could you do that?

alternately, does someone have a different solution to this?

Ahoy skipper

Good news, you can...

You need to set your loaded tubes first when docket at base..!

Check out the "rudder" icon below, you'll find a big torpedo icon with yellow background (not the torpedo icon with the big arrow below it)

The big torpedo icon allows you to turn off automatic reloading, thus, when you fire a torpedo, it won't reload, unless you go to the torpedo station (the small torpedo with the big arrow icon) and drag the desired torpedo to an empty tube!!
