Icon9 ENIGMA MOD DOES NOT WORK CORRECTLY

Hello everyone. Today i setup wolves of steel 2.2.1 and now i have a problem: when i get a encrypted message and want to decrypt this, i need to change operation plan from "Hydra" to "triton" for ex. and i cant do it! I turn switches but it does not work. What i need to do? In advance thanks

Fedor I had that problem yesterday hahahaha.

Okay before you do anything.

Check the message date as you received it (the date BdU wrote it, not when they sent it or you received it).
Then open the enigma. Look at the left under all the maps. You see a year.
You can change that year with your mouse scroller.

Change it to the year that is written in the message by BdU. Then check for the correct codeword of the month of that year and then you can correctly decode the message.

Look at the red arrows !! Change the year there without having any of the maps and papers above it open ! Then follow the regular decoding steps.

OK!! IT WORKS! Thanks! But one question: I get this message and if i follow the decrypt instruction will that this is "Potsdam". But how it can be if this is 1.9.39. and potsdam just since june 1941? Maybe i got some mistakes?

This post just resolved this very issue- changing the year!! Thank you!
