I dunno if they will work, because of regional setting of your dvd drive...

DVD regional settings apply to movies, not to software.
Besides, the add-on is on a CD, not a DVD.

I have the original SH4 in English, bought from an UK shop. I purchased the "Flemish" (Dutch speaking) box of the add-on, supposedly with game in English.
Indeed, there are 3 national languages in Belgium (but only 2 really represented in Brussels, regarding merchandises for which language matters), and I wanted the same language for the add-on as with the original SH4.

My Windows XP has French speaking regional settings, and the U-boat Missions add-on got installed in... French!

So, from this, I suppose that several languages are actually on the CD, and the one corresponding to your OS will be installed. Just a guess, I'm not sure, of course.
What I can say is that I was not asked to select a language.

Polish version available in every 'good' shop will be released in April - costs EUR 16,80.
I have ordered English version as I have already original "limited metal pack" SH4.

It is indeed pricey here. Which is why I ordered it from Game.co.uk (thanks guys for mentioning it on this thread). Their shipping costs to everywhere in the EU is just 2.99 GBP on top of the 9.99 GBP price (free shipping if you live in the UK), with 3-5 business days for the shipping. The total is just 16.76 EUR at the current exchange rate, so you save a third (over 8 euros) compared to buying it from a local game store or even from CDON.com or similar netstores.
