From the news I read it last minutes of the game was a thrill.

Markus
I fell asleep at half time and woke up for the fourth quarter ... yes that was the best game of the day/weekend with the Eagles 4th quarter last minute comeback for a touchdown on 4th down no less and only 56 seconds left for the Bears to get down the field to be even able to win the game with a field goal and then the kick misses the mark and hits the goal post.

Game over Eagles 16 vs Bears 15

Wow! Seems the failed field goal was tipped by the Eagles

https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/other...ous/ar-BBRUAE8

Quote:
little things like the little piece of Cody Parkey’s 43-yard field-goal attempt to win the game that reserve defensive lineman Treyvon Hester appears to have gotten, which may have redirected the kick just enough to clang off the left upright, then bounce off the crossbar, and back into the end zone, no good.

Today is the big game day gentleman

AFC Wild Card game at 4:35 east coast time

Kansas City Chiefs #1
vs
Indianapolis Colts #6

KC is famous for blowing all of their Playoff games for years now

I'm picking Indianapolis Colts by 3 points

https://www.msn.com/en-us/sports/nfl...BiZ?li=BBnb7Kz

Colts and Chiefs fans are bracing for a potential snow game

Quote:
The Chiefs will be hoping their high-powered offense can lead them to the AFC Championship game with a win at home on Sunday, but frigid weather in Kansas City could have a major impact on the game.

The Kansas City area received more than seven inches of snowfall since Friday, according to the Indy Star, and more snow is on the way.

NFC Wild Card game at 8:35 east coast time

Dallas Cowboys
vs
Los Angeles Rams

Rain coated field in LA, but it's covered right now

I'm picking the LA Rams by 4 points

My Costco $5 rotisserie chicken is ready and in the pot all diced up
My guacamole is ready
My salsa is ready
My ice tea (had to give up Dr Pepper) is ready
My strawberry cheesecake balls are iced and ready
My soul and my mind is ready for some football

How about you?

^ I'll raise you Kielbasa and Kraut with bakery shop Kaiser rolls. I also make a home made Pizza with home made sauce and fresh mozzarella cheese and pepperoni, sausage, bacon and salami. I'll throw in the beer to wash it down with along with the soft drinks and a generous supply of Rolaids and Tums for the inevitable upset stomach.

My money was on Kansas City on the Colts / Chiefs game. I was also picking the Rams in the NFC. Next up is the Chargers / Patriots game. I'm sure August will be watching this one. I'm going with the Chargers in a last minute upset setting the stage for the Chargers and Chiefs next week.

The " rumble " continues

Alright! Hard to have two (2) Charger fans in here, but here we go kick off in just a few minutes for the

LA Chargers vs Patriots AFC wild card game

15 straight home win games for New England come to an end today

LA Chargers by 3 points to win the right to play KC in the AFC title game next week in KC

Got to go be back after the game

The juggernaut that is the New England Patriots just rolled to 35-7 before half time. New England recovered a fumbled kickoff by the chargers to add 7 more points. I initially thought the Chargers could go step for step with the Patriots.

The Patriots look very scary and pretty much unstoppable. All I can say is wow.

Yeah they did look pretty good today but they were at home. They have sucked playing on the road this year so next week in Arrowhead Stadium is going to be a very tough game.

Lost three in a row KC, LA, Eagles I'm getting out of the prediction business

But I still love football

NFC Championship game in New Orleans

LA Rams @ New Orleans Saints next Sunday January 20th 3:05 est

AFC Championship game in Kansas City

New England Patriots @ KC Chiefs next Sunday January 20th 6:40 pm est

>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

Vegas has the Saints over the Rams by 3 1/2 points

and the same for KC Chiefs 3 1/2 points over New England's 13th time in the championship playoff game for the AFC

I say both are wrong, but that along with two dollars will get you a cup of coffee ...

LA Rams and New England Patriots in the Super Bowl Feb 3rd in Atlanta

very funny ...

In fact I'm starting to think a replay of the LA Rams and the KC Chiefs for the Super Bowl what a rematch that would be, but I do love your Saints ...

I will just wait and see I've learned not to bet my money on anything, but that's another story

The Philadelphia Flyers and Phillies Hockey and baseball team and their fan base is every bit as bad. The Cincinnati Bengal fans are just as bad if not worse.

The Patriots overcame a rough start this season and a few hiccups but seem to be peaking at the right time. The Kansas City Chiefs have looked good all season. The Patriots and Chiefs game should be a great game. Regardless of who wins, The AFC should be well represented in the Superbowl with either of these teams. The Rams and Saints game should be great as well. I don't think I could pick a winner out of any four of these teams.

~Enjoy~

Sunday will be like two (2) Super Bowls with Rams vs Saints in a covered dome and then later (at night no less) in Kansas City with a big snow storm coming Saturday the KC Chiefs will play the New England Patriots, who are not use to losing in post season.

What is this one 8 out of 9 conference games now losing to Denver several years ago I do believe?

This will be their 8th straight conference championship appearance. They won 5 of them but only got two superbowl wins out of it.
