I'm surprised they haven't already been created/invented.

How great. But why destroy the drone with it. Add a cheap remote control with a lttle rocket, the perfect terrorist weapon.
Add some AI to it and humans will not have to be killed personally by others.
They can 'sleep' everwhere and only wake in the presence of people. Active mines, so to speak.
Maybe create AIs that will have the potential to wipe out the pest of this planet (humans). Win-win.

They already have drones that can fire multipule rounds of paint balls in a rapid session ... I'm sure a bright young man somewhere could figure out a way to replace the paint balls with bullets.
