Secret Weapons of the Luftwaffe was the first one that I knew what I was doing in... remember Chuck Yeager's and Falcon 2.0...

Strike Commander came out in '92...

I still have most of SWoTL, just opened the box and found Wolfpack in there as well! though I can't find the Decoder Disc for SWoTL

Fighter Bomber on C64. Really liked that F-111. Then on PC it was B-17 Flying Fortress. Well, I did play Wing Commander before B-17 but that's not really a 'proper' flight simulator.

My first flight simulator was also the first pc game I bought.
Microsprose's F-19 Stealth Fighter in 1988.
Played it for several years in full CGA glory.
