Default can i activate a mod after supplement?

hey guys, I want to install evan 82's uniforms 2 mod and is it ok for me to activate it after supplement to v16b1?

That depends on which files are changed by the mod you want to install. The best way to be sure is to play safe. Set up and install h.sie's supplement, followed by Stiebler's supplement, AFTER all other mods, as the instructions state. Then you will never have a problem.
