[REQ] Different U-Boat speeds.

I hope this isn't to difficult to make, but I was watching The Hunt for Red October today and I though about playing an OP Stealth sub like in the movie, although unrealistic I would find it fun to drive a u-boat like the Red October, so could anyone:

Modify the speeds of the U-boats in game to that of a Typhoon Class submarine?

And if possible although optional to copy the catterpillar drive of the red october as in lower the noise the engine makes underwater?

I would really love it if someone could do this for me.

try sh4 game its selling for something like $10 and there is already a mod designed for modern subs.
