Adobe Premiere Pro CS3. But if your editor just have the Chroma Key tool/effect, you can make the blue screen effect. I love it! You can do pretty much anything with it.

This is a good example what you can do with the blue screen, with "pretty small" effort.

That looks great, yet is easy to make. You can mod BF2, so pic a spot for your action scene, make all the level's textures bright green/blue and smack the desktop picture there. But for IL2 it's trickier as you cant change the ground/sky to a more unique color, so most shots have to be taken over sea or towards the sky where there is lots of blue. And of course, you'd need to use dark/green colored skin for your plane so the Chroma Key tool wont pick your plane too when removing the sky/sea background.

Wow, this blue screen thingy really opens up new doors! I just recorded a some scenery from Oblivion and added a 109 coming from the distance and turning before the camera (will upload it ASAP, but youtube doesnt connect for some reason and Veoh is sloooow today). Now, imagine the oblivion scenery to be a scenery from Crysis. *goes to reinstall Crysis*

Currently doing another scene with IL2 & Oblivion. A view from hill with tree canopies covering some of the shot to a lowlands from where a FW190 swooshes up with P51 on it's tail, guns blazing. Just having problems with getting a good shots from the planes. I need to think the right angle and I need to fly the planes myself to make the fly straight towards the camera and roll/bank in the process to make it look like a real combat.

As for the tut, I could make a video tutorial and upload it to some filesharing place. It's very fast process. Wayyyy simpler than I expected. Prolly tomorrows, currently uploading vid from our tonights dogfights.
