Default Cold Waters crashed on Windows 10

I just purchased CW on Steam and having issues with it on Windows 10 with immediate computer shutdowns after entering the first training screen.

I adjusted the initial screen resolution to 1920x1080 in the config file to match my laptop screen resolution ( although it can go much higher ).

Any words of wisdom on how to allow the game to run on my W10 laptop ? Specs below:

Thanks !
