Silent Hunter 4 DE Pen

I know this question sounds stupid but I tried to open the pen to replace the ball pen refill and I couldn't.

Was anybody of you able to open it or do I have to throw it away as soon as the ball pen refill is empty?

You screw the top of!

Actually, it's the bottom/tip that you screw off (at least on mine anyway).

Actually, it's the bottom/tip that you screw off (at least on mine anyway).

That´s what I call the top!

No, but I hate black ink, so wanted to put a ball pen refill with blue ink into that pen.

Thanks JScones, I had only tried the top not the bottom one.
