I hope they don't forget to write "Made in China" on it for when it hits as a dud we can trace back to them

So...26,800 mph? That's above mach 25 and the speed at which objects reenter the atmosphere from space. Assuming it didn't burn up from the friction, you wouldn't even need a warhead on such a device.

Let's just say I find it difficult to believe that a projectile could effectively sustain such speeds without catastrophic results.
