The Lolwaffles three mission extravaganza!

Our mission, to fly an air superiority mission over a Russian airfield. The Lolwaffles took off and amply demostrated our superiority against four or five Peshkas from hell and some I-16s. Firstly, an AI 109 decided to ram a Peshka head on, not only destroying the lead Peshka but also his two wingmen, less than fifty feet from Oberon who nearly stalled his 109 in surprise.
Then Hunter met his old friend the I-16 and got his engine riddled. Fin finished off the other Peshka and suddenly the sky was empty again.
Then Schroeder spots an airfield below us. He decides to test the super-dive-speed of the 109 and dives to the airfield, setting perhaps a new world record for the 109, before setting a new world record for fastest aerial object to met a tree head on.
With Schroe a smouldering tree wreck, although an efficient one at that, as he rightly pointed out, his aircraft is buried in the ground thus acting as his burial site. German efficiency at its finest! Fin and Oberon spent the next fifteen minutes strafing the airfield, Fin taking out three Peshkas whilst Oberon disrupted the Soviet oil supply.

Hunter, by now, was over friendly lines and slowly making his way back to base.

Hunter: Goring will be happy!
Schroe: Oh yeah? Why's that?
Hunter: I think I'm going to get this back in one piece.

Five minutes later

Hunter: Hmmm, make that one million pieces. I'm going to give Goring a jigsaw puzzle.
Schroe: He'll make you do it

With Kratos landing back at base, and Fin and Oberon out of ammo, the Lolwaffles returned to base and landed safely.

The next morning...

Goring: Hey, Hunter, I haz a present for youuu
Hunter: Is it a Tempest?
Goring: NEIN!

After Hunter had completed his new 109 for use in further missions, he joined a Ju88 on a bombing mission to a convoy outside Murmansk. Sensing an opportunity for some points, Oberon joined him. Schroeder, Fin and Kratos took Fw190s to escort them. The 88s had an airstart however, and were therefore miles ahead of the escorts, Schroeder took a bomb but dropped it after crossing the frontlines when his 190 decided that it was going to take on the functuality of a housebrick.
While Fin and Schroe disagreed over waypoints and whether to be good pilots and follow them or naughty pilots and actually catch up to the bombers they're meant to escort, Hunter and Oberon continued merrily on their way.

Diving through the cloud layer on approach to the target, Oberon became seperated from Hunter when he was unable to engage his dive brakes due to not having a key mapped for them (D'oh!!) and so, he just turned around and continued on course. However, at sea level there was a vicious sea fog which obscured the target, most of the Ju88s gave up and returned home, Oberon hunted around trying to see something, anything in the mist. Then he spotted it, a dark grey/blue mass in front of him...oh...wait...

Sixty years later...

So, with Oberon at the bottom of the Murmansk channel, the Lolwaffles returned home empty handed. Schroeder, with his 'traitorous red colour scheme' performed the traditional Lolwaffle landing with style.

Next day our missions were varied, but once again Hunters spy ring came up with intel that the enemy would be congregating in AT19, so off we all went in our 109s. Hunter and Schroe talked about how they came to be where they are, Schroe being drafted to the Eastern front against his will and Hunter being a loyal party member, who as squadron leader, could pin any mistakes on Schroeder.
AT19 was reached and the Lolwaffles circled for a time, taking time to debate the various merits of political systems. Then the Soviets interfered in the discussion.

Fin: Bogies!
Hunter: But the trouble is...
Fin: Political stuff stop, we've got bogies!

I-16s and Peshkas from hell again, but to our horror, the bridge below us was destroyed by Peshkas, it may not have been the Ura Guba bridge, but it was still a shocking example of Stalins inhumanity towards bridges.

Translation: ALL YOUR BRIDGE ARE BELONG TO US

Spurred on by the loss of our beloved bridge, Fin stormed in at a Peshka from hell and blasted it apart, diving underneath it...and being hit by the wing he had just shot off the Peshka.
Hunter took on another Peshka from hell and bagged it, but not before receiving the customary engine destruction, a trademark of the Peshkas from Hell. Schroeder got an I-16 on his tail and was subject to the wonderful display of ignorance of the laws of physics by the Soviet AI (Artificial Insanity) Oberon came to the rescue, and then stalled and nearly crashed. Thankfully Schroeder managed to get himself out of the sticky situation, leaving Oberon and an AI 109 to chase after the I-16. Oberon managed to twist and turn and get in front of the AI 109 for a prime position to shoot the I-16. Closer and closer he got, and then he opened fire! The pilot jumped out, but Oberon kept firing, this kill must be his!
I-16s explode well, this is a new lesson to Oberon, fortunately he was far enough away that the only damage he suffered was a broken engine, and since the battle was taking place over friendly territory, he joined Hunter in bailing out of his stricken 109.

Meanwhile, one of the Peshkas from hell that Hunter had tangled with earlier, demostrated just why it was called a Peshka from hell. Only something created by Satan could be so indestructable...

With only Schroeder left in an aircraft, he returned to base, coming in on finals with two 109 fleas hot on his tail. Everyone watching grimaced, expecting the worst...

But it would seem that the AI are learning, slowly but surely, as they suddenly pealed away and began orbiting around the base. Schroeder landed successfully this time and taxied in to meet Goring as Hunter and Oberon arrived back via the Catstapo.

Goring: Only vun 109 left?! Who iz responsible for zis mess?!
Hunter & Schroeder: HE DID IT!
Goring: Schroedeeeeer! Hunter iz a loyal party member he iz not responsible! It is your fault, you must clean out hangar viv toothbrush!!
Schroeder: You mean you know what they are?
Goring: NEIN!

AAR Good work as usual Oberon. I've gotta start recording the missions so that I can provide at least a few screenshots. I btw dewinged three Peskhas, and that third one proved to be fatal Gotta dive more steeply next time so that I can stay clear of the falling debris

We use 4.08, and although the server(Hunter) doesn't use mods many of us
do and they are permitted.
