Don't beat yourself up too much, Duci. After looking at your modlet and Operation Monsun, I think the issue resides with OM. OM overwrites the files in your modlet. I just upped the max depth back to the stock 500m (not realistic, I know) for the IXD2 and IXC/40. I'm not sure if I can safely remove the Zon files or not, though.

I didn't see this posted, but does it randomly generate a crush depth number? If that's the case you could just lower the parameters on the upper number.
