That's Navyspeak for "Where Can I Find The List Of Abbreviations?"



There are A LOT of abbreviations in the forum which leaves the uninitiated somewhat dazed. RA, TWOS, AOTD, etc. are abbreviations which leave us "new" recruits and old salts with a gimpy noodle in the DHACC? (Don't Have A Clue Club?"). So, is there a thread(?) that provides a key to all the abbreviations somewhere on this forum? If not, could one be created and "stiky-ed" to the top for reference?



I realize there are those which would encourage more participation as a way to learn the abbreviated references and for most that is probably the solution. Unfortunately, there are those (like me) with short-term memory loss that will not be able to retain the knowledge no matter how many hours we spend on the boards. Having a quick reference thread of the above nature would be a tremendous asset.
