Great video. I've done the same thing but w/o the F-86 mod It would be so cool if they did a mig alley game.

Well someone there is working on a Korea map.

The F-86 uses the P-80's FM at the moment.

I would think so

A shame that radar gunsights won't work on IL-2 (Probably), will have to use gyro sights...

And I thought you were a smartass

Gunsights on the F-86 were very similar to the earlier gyro gunsights but they removed the need to manually select the target wingspan and range by using radar to calculate the range of the target

Yes it did. Didn't always lock on to the right thing though.

And whats with the afterburners? It didn't have that.

Yeah, the radar gunsites were a big deal. Waaaaay better than the mig-15's gunsites. when the soviets finally captured an F-86, the radar gunsite revelation was a rude surprise. They (the russians) built a radar detector so they'd know when they were being targeted.
