Default This is embarassing

So...Playing for years, but never figured this feature out...

How on earth do I use my plotting tools over lines I have already plot?

i.e. Plotting my course from my fix, and also plotting the enemies heading from my fix..

Everytime I just hover over the plot lines and the only thing I can do is modify that plot line...

I can't wait to hear how simple the answer is and how dumb I am.

How about to zoom in maximally, anchor the line and then zoom out?
Is that what you mean?

No no.

I am plotting my course going 250 from my last known position. I also want to plot a course from my position to the convoys position (all using the ruler). I've seen people do it in videos, but they put on plot line down for their course, then they put another plot line down over the first one for the bearing to target. I hope that makes sense... If not just watch Tonics latest video when he plots his bearing to knovoy contact and his position.

I have to admit that I don't really understand what the issue is, probably because I never do such detailed map plotting. Maybe Tonci him self will jump in and solve the mystery...

It’s actually at 8:50. When he plots the same course of the convoy to determine that radius. Ya I’ll just ask him.

Well the trick is simple really, just don´t draw two lines from the exact same position

No seriously, if you look closely, you will notice that I do not actually start to draw the line from the exact position where the first line starts, since then the tool would only "pick up" the first line again. I always go a few pixels to the side.
You can see that very well at 5:20.

Another trick, if you absolutely have to draw the line from a marker point for example, is to drag out the original line a bit behind the mark (so that it goes through the mark), and then start the new line from the marker again.

I hope that helps

Oh ok.. guess there wasn’t a complex solution I missed. It really looks like you are hovering over a previous line “it turns red” and you draw a line right over that. Maybe my eyes are just bad.

Anyway thanks again to you both!
