Default original campaign mission 1

Hello Wargamers,

I recently bought the SCS version of Fleet Command. What a great game !
Almost no CTD's (not like the Jane's version i used to play).

I have a question though.
In the first original campaign mission (the NWP version) i can't seem to complete the last victory condition, the embassy rescue.

No matter how many helicopters i send to the embassy on Rescue missions or just simply Transit missions the completed mission message never comes.
On Rescue mission the helicoper just circles the embassy endlessly.

What am i doing wrong ?
