Its like learning a whole new language called Japanese.

Also, I noticed when walking around a sub that I'm in debug mode or there is no collision detection present. I can pass through the hull, hand railings like a ghost. If I move up or down (Home, End keys) I pass through the sub deck or fly high above. I don't know if this is a bug or a conflict from another mod I have installed like the Pacific Environment Mod or if it's part of the mod physics that is not in place yet. Just thought I'd find out here. Thank you for all your work past, present and future!
That's the way the camera works when allowed to move around the bridge. While it does ruin immersion a bit, the ability to walk anywhere on the submarine's surface is worth being a ghost.

Default Ko-Hyoteki Mini Sub?

Will the Ko-Hyoteki Midget Sub be in the Jyunsen mod at some point? I know it doesn't have a real bridge surface but the hatch can be used as crew look out when surfaced using the binoculars. No AA gun or Deck gun neither... it would be a real challenge. Maybe just use it for harbor recon patrols as they did at Pearl Harbor.

Edit: I found this old thread about the Ko-Hyoteki sub mod.

http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/show...=145081&page=5

Played the mod. The Ko-Hyoteki sub is bright white - missing texture? Liked the Ko-Hyoteki quick missions like Spy on Midway. Will this sub be in the Jyunsen B campaign at some point down the road? Looks like you had it in there before based on a old screen posted. I didn't see it listed in the campaign sub selection for Jyunsen B 3.9 version.

Im playing the Jyunsen 3.9v as a Kaichu sub but I can't walk around my conning deck like I did before in v3.7? The default arrow keys move the stationary camera direction only, not camera movement? Lastly, do I still need the IJN sinking mechanics 1.0 mod activated in JSGME as well? I have it activated last under the IJN Jyunsen B mod v 3.9?

holy.... Will the I-400 be usable in campaign?

The fire damage mod would be awesome. I have been using it in my current campaign and give it one vote for MOD OF THE YEAR! It is the perfect balance between instant sink with hitpoints and the natural sinking in RFB.

List the Mods you have installled. It sounds like a MOD conflict.

I didn't try it yet but it sounds like it was one of the thing lacking in the game

Keltos I found a Japanese program well a series of episodes for a show from Japanese TV that shows an I Class boat in action, with many detailed sequences of the deck, bridge, interior and both officers and crew ..surfaced and submerged. It is an animated series called Zpang and was set in 1944, i am assuming they used available records and there is some accuracy tho not totaly detail at all. There are also many other interesting sequences including some on the Yamato, and from Truk and homeland Japan during the war. I can send you a link for the episodes in question if you are interested. Glad to see this project is still alive and I continue to pray and look forward to success and release. I will help share what you all produce with surviving IJN people that I hope to reach thru contacts as I think it would be a great sharing and respect offering to share this project as this is the only sim of the Japanese naval side that I have ever heard of.
