The problem is with using the realistic setting in SH3 Commander for my GWX 3.0 I get a crew where all officers , petty officers and sailors all have the same rank. I have added the realistic folder from SH3 Commander to the MODS list and activated it. How can I get a more realistic crew configuration? Tom Moore
