T72 Balkans On Fire - No Manual - Please Help!

Hi, I bought my copy through ebay from england & they stated that the box would not be sent due to postage costs, however when I got it I found it was sent from Thailand & contained no manual, after replying I was notified that the manual wasn't sent because the language is asian! - No refund!!

I'll never do that again, but it leaves me with no manual!
Could someone help me with a doc file, pdf, or point me to where I may download one please?
