[TEC] [TEC] AlertLightPS.fx - Alert LightPS.fx

Is anyone familiar with the AlertLightPS.fx file and its function?

I want to add Vickers BALAO interior however there is a conflict in ONE value in Vickers interior's AlertLightPS.fx file with the value in the same file in the Real Environment Mod.

If I knew what this file did it might make deciding Which file should have priority and what to do about it (if anything) easier - ha!

Well, since it' s called alertlight I might guess that it's gonna be the red light in the sub (?)
Not sure this might help though..

IIRC there is some file comparing software out there, which covers the hex form. Ask Jeff (Privateer) as he might be able to help with that.

Thanks Hitman, it is a text file that opens with Notepad etc, and apparently there isn't much difference between 3.2 and 2 as far as I can tell - so I'm not going to worry about it.

I'm comfortable with Hex editing and have a relatively good program that compares differences; Frhed
