Default Ultrasonic Sonar Not Modeled On Virginia

I like using it on the Los Angles,, it's explained at the 39 minute mark of this video,, now you know what was missing in the Virginia,, and maybe the Seawolf.

didn't have a chance to check the video but are you talking about HF sonar? If so HF sonar is located in the periscope station of the virginia and seawolf

on the 688i it's at the helm station.

On platforms that use the seawolf interface, HF sonar is @ Sonar Station > Active Display > Frequency > High.

I stand corrected I would have never have thought,, the second station of sonar ranging was the Hi Freak Eyes of the ship,, I ran a test mission I have set up on a oiler track with the virginia to see results I like ,, I got about 5 miles from the target and started to see it on Hi freak array..

note that they also have an upward looking HF sonar so you can check what's above you if you're following a ship closely, or if you're under ice and want to make sure you're not surfacing close to an iceberg
