You obviously haven't played the jyinsen b mod to say that.

Try it before accusing me of fraud.

And no not everyone shares their findings around here even if my comment was meant as a joke. I now regret having told you how to in a pm given your comment here which I saw after I pmed you

I am sorry, if I have offenden you. That was not my intention and yes I did play that (truly great) mod, but only limited. It's huge so activating via jsgme takes a while and it caused crashes on my system, which prevented me from intensive testing.

Besides, assuming that somebody is trolling does not equal an explicit accusion of fraud. Such kind of trolling does occur in other game forums.

But anyway, I do think that such a community is based on some sort of coorperation.

If someone, who also benifits from the work of everybody, finds out about highly requested things and doesn't want to share for what ever reason, it remains his business as long as he doesn't tell anybody. If he does, well I would think a certain irretation could be considered quite human.

Why would people keep on sharing their efforts, when nothing comes in return even by announcement? (> Path to death of any such community)

> At least, this is how it came off. Past experience made me draw the wrong conclusions, but I have to admit that I was wrong and I apologize for it formally! I also want to express my deep gratitude for your efforts and contributions!

kind regards

Thanks. I put a lot of hours into that mod making sure it was as historically accurate as I could make it even making dedicated 3 d models of the weapons, like the 7mn as gun, of the torpedoes and of course all the subs.
Retaining information happens so that we keep easter eggs.. like we did when peabody devised a way to make a submerged subs..
If you try it again do put the elanaiba torpedo patch last. You'll get rl in torpedo range and it's impressive

Now, there's another couple modders over on the FotRSU team that are working with keltos01 right now, attempting to get you more Japanese AI sub targets... be careful though, if things work OK, they ~will~ shoot back at you... and maybe the hunted will become hunter...

From Propbeanie :

This is in no way to be taken as to insinuate that the mod is anywhere near ready to go, because it is not. We're still struggling with just getting all the different boats into the menu. I can still crash it pretty hard by making some of the menu choices, but we're working on it. We'll leave the release stuff up to the boss man keltos01.

These are some early morning shots that I got of keltos01's newest submarine, the Jyunsen Type 1, which would be I-1, 2, 3, and 4. He already had the 1M, which is I-5. We now have the boats to shell Hawaii and the West Coast...

First up, I went up on the bridge:

Looking around:

I went out to the deck gun and the AA gun and played around some, but never thought to take any pix... Oh well...

So then I tried to take some side shots:

This is after like 4 or 5 tries:

That is one big boat... When you're used to taking screen shots of a Porpoise or a Balao, this thing is ~huge~...

So, as it passed on by:

and zoomed:

So, I tried for some more side shots...

missed...

again:

well... It'll have to do...

Now, this is leaving Yokosuka on November 15, 1941, so we're a day early leaving even, so more work on that aspect. We're not even out to the ocean here yet. Long way to go to get to some action, but that'll have to be after further editing... We need a lot more missions for you potential I-Boat drivers, plus lots of other work yet to do. Stay tuned...

well I guess he said it all !

OK, bear with me here, I'm experimenting with Canon's "irista", Google Photos, and Imgur web sites for foto sharing, and these are the first attempts. It looks like Imgur has "won" the war, since the other two do not allow a "foto link" that will display here... but Photobucket just will not co-operate anymore, and I can't even get into my account anymore.... so sad, so glad... - Anyway, adding more to Climb Mount Niitaka, and stil having issues with a couple of the subs not wanting to let me see them, but I'll get the correct settings for them shortly...

Leaving Maizuru - watch the "channel", the Nav Map isn't very accurate! That is actually kind of cool, not having an accurate chart... like someone sneezed while they were drawing the chart, and drew water where there's actually land... However, it's a Japanese boat in Japanese waters...

Early morning life in Kure...

I can't remember, but might be Sasebo, getting ready to leave...

One of the few daylight shots I've gotten so far... I've mostly been checking the Career Starts, which mostly seem to hit 0600 hours...

... and a boat not too many have seen probably...

This is Kure also, maybe... I'm getting confused too much by CTDs as I add to the list of boats... - it's a short drive, btw.

That's has got to be the issue... I almost drove into the shoreline though, after I had drawn in a route to exit the harbour, and was off flying around with the camera. I just happened to come back to the bridge just in time to see that we were nearly running aground...
