Increase random spawns

Hello, I cannot seem to find where the random spawn information is anywhere in the campaign folder. I would like to make them more prevalent. I.e NOT the mission spawn.

Aye, There seems to be some SW of Spitzbergen, but that is about it. I would think that there would be more sub-surface spawns in the GIUK AO given the 1884 time frame.

I see more sub units along the Norway coast, but I would think that nukes would use the polar route to go through the Denmark Strait.

I don't think there is a spawn generator available for edit. That would be nice.
