Default Help with mission editor sh 4

hi guys,

so i tried the mission editor of SH4 . And i had some Q:

1) where do i save my .mis files when i created one so i can see them in game?

2)the default single missions have 3 different files in every folder : .mis, .tga and .tsr. I have only been able to create a .mis file, how do i make the other 2?

thanks

1) You save it in Single Missions folder: create new folder there, name it with your mission name and inside that folder save you mission files; The folder name and mission name has to be exactly the same (at least that was the case with sh3 editor, and since then I do it for sh4 too)

2) Mis file is created by the game editor when saving, the same with tsr - its for localization purposes, I think; it contains Mission title, objectives description, and so on, without it there will be no description in single missions menu - try it.
The tga file - if you want to display some picture along with mission briefing in main menu, you need to create one yourself.

And there is SH4 mission designers subforum, where you can find some tutorials/guides.
