Default Project 651 / Juliett Class SSG Refit

Some pictures of the current status of the new juliett model of mine, which will replace both the old standalone version and the CWSS`s. This is taken from S3d with my standard all-black hull texture attached to enhance the view.note this is just the raw model, it is not painted nor are there any working functions yet.

Looks great - and this will run in Sh4 ?
Did you visit the Juliett at the museum at Peenemuende, Usedom ?

yap, this will run in shIV. ill have the hull details added as a separate node and not as part of the hull, but the game can handle that many triangles.only change to rl will be, that the 4 launchers for the P-6´s will be lifted separately, not two at a time as it should be(fore and aft container).yes i have been at Peenemünde.twice.

This thing will look freaky when those missile bays open up. Good work.

Edit: What if you set up the torpedo tubes so, say, opening tube one would raise the missile bay and open the hatch on the left-hand missile tube, but opening tube 2 would just open the hatch on the right-hand missile tube. Players would have to remember that tube 1 controls the launch bay, but it would allow the entire bay to raise and lower at the same time. Could that be done, or would the game not accept something like that?

Default First test

Shots of the Boat ingame.it is not painted yet and the water fx nodes havent been attached properly.also, the custom extensibles are still missing and so is the glass for the position lights and the tower bridge.there are still some minor changes necessary do be done with the model.

That's just an astoundingly beautiful model. Of a real mean-looking sub at that! Looking forward to your progress with this

That's just fantastic mate, great work indeed.

Your model is absolutely amazing mate, not to mention brilliantly textured and detailed. Well Done

Great work! Would you like to make a revolving part of the tower? If it makes sense in game of course. Hope these pictures will be helpfull.

of course the guidance radar will be part of the mod, and so will be the appropriate interior.
