I use the original skin BMP. Open it in PSP7 and then adjust the brightness/contrast (shift B). I have the right figures on my home PC. I will place them here tonight.
Include it in the ???O01.dds file. The game does the rest.

The right figures are brightness -50 contrast +50

But noticed the link for the Black clean Gato points to BALAOBLACKV10.rar

FooFighters, there seems to be a problem with the link to your early-war black Gato skin, as it links to a Balao skin instead.
