RecoMasts - select mast height from recognition manual, not a ship

Adds a section to the in-game recognition manual for direct selection of mast heights, if you know height by heart or use a printed manual.

Open manual, skip left over 'Handelsschiffe', open section 'Masts', page to mast height as needed (18m to 38m). Lock onto target as usual and select mast height to be sent to TDC.

(Inspired by another mod that was patching existing ships for a similar usage, but didn't work out with Living Silent Hunter ship roster).

Select Download, Direct Download, unzip archive into MODS, use JSGME to patch SH3.
