The Munich principals are in bed with Microsoft. Always has been like that, Munich even got some Microsoft regional headquarter. Its not so much trouble in Linux Land, but politics. Means: the usual sleaze between private business and public not-so-public administration.

The brother of an old girlfriend of mine lives and works in Munich's administration. He said software deficiencies of Linux and lacking compatability with needed office software are not a problem.

Tell-tale signs of money changing hands, a heavy-handed Microsoft sales job and a blindly given okay by paid off "leaders." As practical matter, with Microsoft scooping up data from every file on every computer, security with Windows 10 just isn't possible. i guess the Munich government has no security needs at all.

I'd suggest that the sleasy details of this sellout are the first piece of information they have ever had to protect and Windows 10 will help them leak it to the world. A fine job there!

What the heck is a Social Democrat? Do they believe in socialism? Why are they for sale then? Seems like quite the capitalistic exchange to me.
