Default Wierd Fatigue Bug?

I'm experiencing a bizarre fatigue issue (bug)?

GWX with SH3 Commander and the following Mods:

GWX - Late War Sensors Snorkel Antennas
GWX - Merged Campaign
GWX - Axis Mediterranean Aircraft Skins
GWX - No Medals on Crew

I originally selected the No Fatigue model in SH3C, however, my crew is experiencing fatigue effects:

It looks like I've got some fatigue regardless of the No Fatigue model. I assume if I zero out everyone's fatigue in this file, I should be ok?
