Enigma problem

I'm having a problem with an enigma message from the 2nd September 1939. I have checked everything multiple times and no matter what I'm getting a gibberish when decoding. The first message decoded alright but the second one, marked as urgent, is still a mystery. Is it a bug or am I doing sth wrong?

My first two segments: DKUW BQGT
They decode as
YW
LM
QY
OI

So cipher is YLQO and the encryption code is KCZM. I'm using the "Teich" envelope and Hydra schluessel for September 1939. "Innere Einstellung" I'm using is for tag 1-2 and the other thing for 2nd September.

WMYI gives me DGAZ which I put into Enigma but it doesn't work.

WVLR
QJIK
NZLQ
EDUQ
XCVJ
QMDM

I stopped here as it's all gibberish.

Use the encryption date from the message it self, not the in game date!

Good day Capt Ekaton,
You may want to check your decryption: This message is for the Hydra group
The DKUW BQGT should decode to
DK=YV
UW=LM
BQ=QY
GT=OI
Your new set should be YLQO VMYI. Next, set the engima wheels to LHYX type in
VMYI and this will give you the 2nd code to enter into the wheels which should be
PGAZ once the wheels have been adjusted with the new code now you can decode
message starting with GBFJ in message and stopping at IIPU.

This should point you in the right direction.
