Click top "open" and browse SH5/data/scripts/menu for TheDarkWraithUserOptions.py. Get familiar with this great TDW's application, make a few changes if you like, save...

Hm, if you've done all steps prior to these correctly, those files/applications must be there, in your main SH5 directory, not in the my documents folder...

It's also very important to learn how to handle TDW generic patcher... In essence, you have to show to the patcher where your SH5.exe is located few times. You can find few useful tutorials here at subsim...
