Another Mod combination question

Coming back to SH4 after a long absence. So my question is:

Can I use ONLY the GFO, RSRD, and SCAF mods?

The reason I ask is, the only downloads I see for SCAF and RSRD requires TMO...and that's just way too hardcore for me.

They seem to run okay, but I'm getting CTDs occasionally, and missing Ship Recognition pictures.

Here's my JSGME setup:

Anything I need to change/swap-out/get rid of?

There's definitely RSRDC for non-TMO. Also, my guess is that OTC has supplanted SCAF, but CapnScurvy disagree
