(Grand Campaign starts in Poland39)
I started at France40 so, I dont know if it follows the same path but we'll see.
if it does I just manually launch le Battle le Britain.

I'm almost certain it doesn't matter where you start, if it does matter it'll probably just end the campaign completely as there's no indication of a followup campaign for France40 anywhere else that I can see

Fun sorties last night. It was especially refreshing to fly the Stuka and actually survive. Me and Cobra did that twice, the other flying and the other gunning, and raped two airbases in the progress. The dogfight that followed, oh well... :rotfl:

On the way home from the second sortie Dowly decided to provide us some close escort:

I find that the Stuka, as long as it does not have to resort to it's secret Flamethrower attack and afterburners-of-escaping, is a very accurate bombing platform (Assuming you don't dive from too low)

Yup, and with the SC1000 bomb, it doesnt really matter if you miss by a meter or two. :p

Off topic question about the new bomb models at AAA, does anyone know if they replace the originals and still work without problems on servers?

Yup, the sparkles been there always.

Nice sorties last night, seems like we need to start looking for a new campaign. This one's done in mission or two I think.
Are you sure because I never noticed them before the mod? I also remember seeing a thread about the sparkles so maybe they have been made more prominent.

Yup, the sparkles when hit by MG have been there. I had a few occasions last night where I shot my enemy from uncer 50m, so I got a good view on them. They are the default ones. I remember that the cannon hits have been modified, but not sure if it's included in the unified installer.

EDIT: Oh wait, now that I think of it, not all MG's had those sparks, now all have, so yes, they have been modded for all MGs.

I'm pretty sure that the sparkels have been there way before the mods came out. I even would go so far as saying they have been there in Forgotten Battles and maybe even in the original Il2.

They were, but not all weapons produced them when hit something. Now it's on all MGs.

There are some MGs that have cannon effects (*cough* Morane *cough*), so they don't produce the spark thingies, not as far as I could see
