Need Help with downloads

Hi all!

I'm reasonably new to subsim, but am a big Silent Hunter 3 fan (training to be a submariner irl).

My issue is i have an account, that is activated (double checked) but any mod i try to download i get the:

"AbacusAce, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:"

'Due to the heavy demand for downloads the service is currently only available to supporters.' - Unless it's been like this for a week i find this unlikely

'The Downloads section may have been automatically disabled by the system due to abuse from spammers signing up numerous accounts' - No one else it seems has reported this

'You have hit download limit for the day.' Not been able to download anything so far

'If you are trying to post or download, be sure you have activated the email that was sent to you when you registered.' - Double checked


Could someone shed some light onto what i have to do? Because i can't find a solution anywhere.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
