Weather issue with ubm + tmo + om

Greetings,

Here is the problem: I surfaced in the english channel, it was a dark nigh and on could see only the stars and... rain. How can I solve this problem?

Ok, ctrl + N. This doesnt solve the problem, only resets weather.
By the way, is there any way to block this function ctrl+N has? I would like to use this combination only for sonar. The way it is, every time we scan the hydrophone the weather resets. definitely not realistic dont you think?
