I am shocked! That is clearly an modified version of the MG42 with ~1000rpm! Shame on you!

I don't think so. It fires pretty slowly for my taste. Are you sure that's a real MG42? Besides the barrel has to be replaced after 150 rounds because of overheating. Firing 250 round in a non combat situation would be pretty stupid (except someone has enough money to buy new barrels after each shooting).

It's not static, the mounting is, I believe, a modern contraption because those whimps are too scared to hold the thing when it fires.

You're supposed to put it up on a window in your castle and fire upon the besieging army.
